Overline — Baltics

SIA Beauty Equipment represents Overline in Latvia and Lithuania and sells to two very different buyers: a clinic weighing a major equipment purchase, and a salon reordering serums and masks every month. Cosmetics prices are for the trade only, cross-border B2B orders need invoices that survive a VAT audit, and a small team wanted to run the catalogue, partners and orders in three languages without calling a developer.

• Device catalogue of 52 Overline machines in six lines — Infinity, Elite, Elite+, Xilia, Exential and Smart — filterable by line, by application (face, body, hair removal) and by new arrivals, plus accessories and training pages
• Device pages with photo galleries, key features, embedded video and downloadable PDF brochures
• iSol Beauty and O'Care cosmetics with brand, category and offer filters; prices, cart and ordering unlock only for partners the admin has approved
• Stock reserved when an order is placed and returned if it is cancelled, "New" and "Sale" flags, and a volume discount on three or more identical items set in the admin
• PDF invoices with yearly numbering; partners elsewhere in the EU get zero-rated reverse-charge invoices once their VAT number is confirmed by the European Commission's VIES service, and the cart's VAT breakdown matches the invoice to the cent
• Admin panel the client runs alone: devices, products and brands in three languages, partner approval and CSV export, order statuses, editable email templates, contacts, company details and About page figures
• About page built for trust — the chain from the Milan factory to the salon, how the work is done, client clinics, manufacturer facts, FAQ and company details
• Latvian, Russian and English with canonical and hreflang on every page, a sitemap with language alternates and share images for each device and product
• Layered parallax hero; self-hosted in Docker with PostgreSQL, media and database backups in Cloudflare R2, and transactional email through Resend

A clinic can research a device in its own language and ask for an offer, an approved salon can reorder cosmetics at partner prices at any hour, and the team issues VAT-correct invoices across the EU without a spreadsheet. The codebase was later split into regions and now also runs Overline's Arabic-language site for Dubai and the GCC.
