EUC.ONE
Platform for electric unicycle riders — community content, routes and model data in an installable web app built to be used on a phone, mid-ride.
Challenge
Electric-unicycle riders in Latvia had their community scattered across Telegram chats: where to charge, whether it is worth riding today, which wheel to buy, where to learn. The brief was a single rider-built platform that works on a phone mid-ride, installs without an app store, and gives the community somewhere to add its own knowledge.
Solution
- Spots map: chargers and riding spots nearby, searchable, with riders adding their own
- Weather widget that turns the forecast into a riding verdict — "Dry — go ride", chance of rain — for the rider's city
- Market for wheels and gear, with listings added by riders
- Community gallery, training with an instructor, and an FAQ for people who have not bought their first wheel yet
- Range calculator built in as a tool (see the EUC Calculator case)
- Installable progressive web app — Android and iOS straight from the browser, no store listing needed
- Telegram login and a Telegram group link, since that is where the community already lives
- English and Russian interface
Result
The community's scattered knowledge now has one home that works at the roadside: riders check the weather verdict, find a charger, add a spot or a listing, and install it like an app — all from a browser, in either language.
